Contractor Training Center (CTC) is a company that provides exam preparation, application assistance, and coaching services to help individuals get licensed as contractors and succeed in the construction industry.
Problem Statement
Despite attracting traffic to the website, the conversion rate is below industry benchmarks, indicating a need for design improvements to optimize the user experience and drive conversions

My Role
Collaborating closely with Senior Director of Marketing, VPS, Senior Product Marketing Manager and marketing team.
With a focus on the user, I designed new webpages that are clear, simple, and visually appealing. This involved improving information architecture, streamlining navigation, and creating engaging visual elements.
